How many X posts a day is too many?
No single number answers how many tweets per day is too many: it depends on your account and your readers, and the spread matters more than the count. In Evenpost the daily cap is a setting, from 1 to 50 posts a day, next to your hours and the gap. When the day is full, Evenpost asks before it uses an overflow slot or moves a post to tomorrow.

Posting 10 times a day on X is too much for most people who write each post with care, though some accounts do it well. The bigger risk is posting them close together. If you post that often, spread the posts across the whole day and watch how your own replies and follows respond.

Whether X penalizes posting too many times at once is not something X publishes. What is clear is that a burst makes your posts compete for the same readers in the same few minutes. Spacing them an hour or more apart avoids that, and it is what Evenpost does by default.

An X thread counts as one post toward Evenpost's daily cap: it takes one slot and goes out one tweet at a time, in order. Toward your plan it counts by tweets, so a 4-tweet X thread uses 4 of your 150 tweets per 30 days.
