How to connect Cursor to X (Twitter)
Add one entry to .cursor/mcp.json and log in once, which takes about 2 minutes. Cursor then drafts X posts into Evenpost, an app for X (Twitter) that lets an AI agent draft posts you approve on your phone.

Cursor cannot post to X by itself this way. Evenpost gives it drafting tools only, so you stay the one who decides what goes out.
First, tell Cursor this and follow the link it prints. You open the link it prints in the browser where you are signed in and tap Allow; the agent never opens it. The page shows a code and your handle. Tap Allow or Deny. The code lasts 10 minutes. Done. Go back to your terminal. It finishes the setup on its own. The steps below are the older key path.
