Hook lab
A hook generator for X posts and X threads: eight opening lines from eight structures, scored, with the top three returned and the reasons. No invented numbers, no bait.
What it does
Reads your voice profile and writes one hook per structure: result first, number first, contrast, constraint, before and after, the reader's own question, plain lesson, and named comparison. It scores each on standing alone, being specific, being true as written, fitting your voice, and earning curiosity without bait, drops anything untrue, and returns the top three with the structure name and a one-line reason. With no number in the brief, it does not write a number-first hook.
Example
You say
hooks for the queue launch
The skill returns
1) Contrast: "everyone schedules posts. nobody spaces them." 2) Result first: "shipped the queue. posts now leave 75 to 120 min apart, six a day max." 3) Reader's question: "why does one of your four morning posts always die?" Pick: 2, it carries the number from the brief.
Who it is for
Anyone whose first line is the weak one. Use it before a thread, or try two openers on different days and compare your own numbers.
